Entre las novedades que aporta el Xperia S está la combinación del teléfono con los llamados Sony Smart Tags', unas medallas' configurables, a cada una de las cuales podemos dar unas características que adopta el celular al pasarlo por encima con el NFC encendido. Así, si tenemos una en el coche, al tocarla podríamos encender el Bluetooth para que se vincule con el manos libre, encender el sistema de navegación, etc.; caso de disponer de un tag en el dormitorio, podríamos activar la aplicación del reloj de noche, el modo silencio y una alarma...
Para definir las características de cada etiqueta se pulsa sobre un widget que da paso a todas las que tengo activas y una vez 'dentro' de ellas podemos definir nuestras preferencias.

Como complemento, el 'launcher para televisión' con navegación a gran pantalla en formato carrussel, al cual se pueden añadir todas las aplicaciones que usemos.

To set the features of each Tag, we just have to push the widget which gives access to all the active ones and once inside, we can define preferences.
As a complement, the ‘TV launcher’ for large screen navigation in carrousel format, and all the applications we use can be added to it.
